What do we not clean?
- Spaces under furniture/sofas unreachable by vacuum
- Laundry or fold/hang any clothes, towels, bed sheets
- Windows exterior or walls
- Inside cabinets (including china cabinets)
- Inside closets (will be vacuumed/mopped if empty)
- Any outside areas (only the front/back door)
- Under heavy furniture
- Small items such as toys, books, shoes, etc.
- Dishes (will be placed in dishwasher, not hand-washed unless requested)
- Books will not be removed from the shelf

Our Cleaning Service provides a comprehensive and thorough process that goes beyond regular upkeep. Are the cleaning supplies included?
We provide all supplies unless you would prefer for us to use your own. If that is the case, please leave a note upon checkout for any special requests.
During what times does your cleaning service operate?
You can book a cleaning with us 7 days a week. Typically cleanings take place between 8AM to 6PM, Monday to Sunday. If you need an earlier or later schedule, please contact support so we can accommodate.
Are staff directly employed or subcontracted?
All staff are directly employed, fully vetted, and trained by No Limits Cleaning Ltd.
Are staff trained in COSHH, H&S, and safeguarding?
All staff receive digital training modules and assessments in COSHH, health & safety, and safeguarding, with AI tracking compliance.
Are supervisors and managers formally trained?
Supervisors and managers complete formal leadership and compliance training – not just internal promotion – with progress logged in our system.
Who is responsible for the site day-to-day?
Each site has a named Contract Manager, visible in your client portal.
How often are managers physically present on site?
Site visits are scheduled and tracked digitally, with a minimum monthly presence, plus ad-hoc visits as flagged by AI quality alerts.
